On March 14, the St. Stepanos Women’s Guild held a very successful Michink dinner take-out fundraiser, marking the mid-point of the Lenten season. The ladies prepared vospov kufta, eech, pilaf, fasoolya, yalanchi, and hummus in individual containers for the pre-ordered platters. The event would not have been possible without the collective support and effort of the community and helped continue the rich tradition of sharing delicious Armenian Lenten food in a socially distant manner.
